Welcome to the fifth edition of our newsletter, Baja Real Estate News... Beautiful fall weather has arrived in Cabo San Lucas, and we're poised for what should be a very active tourist season! Cruise ships have returned after a summer hiatus, and the number visitors flocking to local shops and tourist attractions is growing daily. We continue to be impressed with the number of new developments and large investments going into Los Cabos and Baja California Sur in general. If you would like to discuss Baja investment opportunities, please call us! We've just added a London area phone number for our European clients -- 207-993-4587. Our toll-free number (from the U.S. and Canada) is 1-877-749-5724. We would be happy to help you find an appropriate investment here. Until recently, most deals have been all cash or seller-financed, but now several institutions are willing to lend money to foreigners to buy Mexican residential real estate, which should further heat up the Baja real estate market.
