Welcome to the sixth edition of our newsletter, Baja Real Estate News...

Every month, we hear of new developments planned for the Los Cabos area, which tells us that the Cabo San Lucas Real Estate market continues to grow and expand. We do not see an end in sight for this new development, as Cabo still has a long way to go before it reaches the level of a major tourist destination like Cancun on the Yucatan Peninsula. The investment in southern Baja is unparalleled, and any investors or groups considering projects in the area should move quickly as real estate prices also are increasing rapidly!

If you would like to discuss Baja investment opportunities, please call us! We've just added a London area phone number for our European clients -- 207-993-4587. Our toll-free number (from the U.S. and Canada) is 1-877-749-5724. We would be happy to help you find an appropriate investment here.
