BajaMex Realty’s team includes experts
in real estate, investment and business management from the European
Union, the United States and Mexico. A truly tri-cultural group, we
speak French, English and Spanish, and are culturally aware of business
practices worldwide. The principals of BajaMex Realty are Michael Houston
and Roger Marius Ciceron, both of whom have extensive experience in international
business and live in Cabo San Lucas.
Roger Marius Ciceron
A native of France, Roger Marius has been
involved in the southern Baja California real estate market where he
has lived since 1995. He brings to BajaMex Realty a strong background
in start-up and turnaround projects. His clients have included McDonalds,
The Blue Room de Mexico,
Cabo Paradise Corporation, the French Quarter from California, the Stop
Light Restaurant, Diamonds International from New York and Cancun, and
the Nature Conservancy from Washington D.C., to name a few.
Paul E. Moreno
A native of Ecuador, Paul Moreno is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Italian, Indonesian, Malaysian and Portuguese. He is a goal-oriented and results-focused entrepreneur
with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry -- three years on developing hotels, resorts, residential, full and fractional ownership; seven years focused on multi-unit resort/hotel and timeshare management. Paul's experience includes land acquisition, negotiations with land owners, management hotel contracts, city and government authorities for permits, licenses and donations, pre-design of hotel and high end residential villas and condominiums, master plans and infra-structure of master plans, hotels and high-end homes, sales and marketing, research and planning, residential projections and budgeting, presentations for bankers and investors, hotel and resorts openings, renovations, repositioning, cost control, and staff training and motivation. His work experience includes successful assignments in Europe, U.S.A., Asia, Latin America, and most recently the Mexican Riviera (South Baja California).
