epentu Section 1 offers one of the few remaining opportunities for eco-friendly beachfront development in Mexico.

With 3.9 kilometers (2.32 miles) of white sandy beachfront just up the east coast of the Baja California Peninsula, this parcel of 1,214 hectares (3,035 acres) is close to Baja California Sur's capital city of La Paz, and a short drive from the resort town of Cabo San Lucas at the tip of the peninsula.

Comprising all of Punta El Cobre, Tepentu Section 1 is relatively flat terrain. From the prime sandy beaches, there is a gradual sloping elevation. The back of this section is characterized by rugged steep strata and canyons.

The island of Espiritu Santo, where the Spaniards exploited the pearl oyster beds in the mid 16th century, lies 35 kilometers to the east. Access is by land or by water.

Both the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and the San Jose del Cabo Airport (SJD) provide easy access to many international flights daily.
